Terms & Conditions of your India Tours
Tour Prices - Given tour prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are per person twin sharing. A 30 % booking amount is required to book your tour on a confirmed basis and to receive the flight confirmations. The rest of the tour amount can be paid eight weeks before the arrival date in India. Payment can be made directly to a New Zealand bank account (ASB) or by Debit/Credit card via PayPal. There is no surcharge for payments made directly to the bank account. A surcharge of 3.6% of the total tour amount applies to payments made through Debit or Credit Cards. Cancellation Policy - A full credit refund will be available if your India Tour is cancelled due to the pandemic or natural calamities. 70% of the total tour amount can be refunded if you cancel your India Tour four weeks before your arrival date in India. No refund can be initiated if cancellation is made past this point. We will apply for your visa to India 3 months before you arrive in India. Your booking amount (which is 30% of your total tour cost) can not be refunded if a guest's visa to India is refused due to wrong information provided by the guest or a guest's conviction status. Hotels - Hotels mentioned in the given tours of India are subject to availability. In case, the given hotel options are sold out for your travel dates, then a similar or upgraded hotel option would be booked for your tour of India. Itinerary - The mentioned itineraries & activities are tentative and can change according to our guests' needs, preferences or unforeseen circumstances. Dietary Requirements - We can cater to your nutritional requirements on your trip to India, please inform us in advance if you have any particular dietary requirements. Flights - Flight options will be sent in advance before bookings. Economy class return flights are included in the given prices. Upgrades are available at extra cost. Available departure points for your India Tour are Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Queenstown, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. Our guests are responsible for providing a copy of their updated passport to book the flights. Visa - We will send an e-visa form to our guests to apply for a visa to India for a tour of India. E visa window opens 120 days before the arrival date in India. Our guest is responsible for providing accurate and complete information on this form to receive a visa for a tour of India. We will apply for an e-tourist visa valid for a month on your behalf. This E-Tourist visa allows double entry to India and is non-extendable and non-convertible. Passport - Our guest is responsible for keeping their passports updated for travel. Guest's passport should have at least six months of validity at the time of making the application for a grant of e-Visa. Privacy Policy - Your passport and information will be shared with third parties which are Airlines, Hotels, and visa authorities on your behalf. Verbal consent will be taken from our guests before posting their pictures from their Tour of India on our social media platform or website.
